They will find ways to make you miserable, pick apart your facts and manipulate your verbiage to make you look like the challenging and disgruntled employee. Cons: No breaks, no support from HR and management."

Depends who your coworkers are this could be the best and worst job. Yes that is with any job but this is a very small place. You cant avoid people and the sale people just want to sell- not do a single thing else."

Working for such a high luxury brand there can be a lot of expectations and there can be times when you do feel under pressured. Your aim is keeping the client satisfied and giving them the best experience from the moment they look at a product to closing the sale. A typical day can involve calling clients about repairs, inviting them to new season collections, managing deliveries and stock takes to name a few. The hardest part of my job is when a client isnt satisfied and you do what you can to resolve the situation. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting new clients and building relationships with them."

They give good incentives to associates and have a good average of sales volume typically so it's easy to make money. Sales Goals are ridiculously high though. The company has been going through a transition and have been making poor choices overall resulting in a lot of budget cuts nationwide. Good stepping stone job for the experience but chance of a promotion or moving up in the company is slim to none. Cons: Terrible management, and corporate, bad quality on product"

If you didn't sell you didn't make much in commission and also didn't make your sales goals. Very competitive work environment but good life/work balance because they closed by 6pm. Great management team at the time but they have all since left the company."

says"I have been working at Jimmy Choo for more than 5 years Cons: Since the founder left; new executive management and the recent acquisition from Kors the brand has and will continue to lose its appeal. Current CEO is self-centered and doesn't care about employees. Everyone is over worked and underpaid. CEO basically sits in her office all day and is on her Iphone; dumping work on others. Is not engaging and basically not a good person."

There is no sense of teamwork and the culture has low morale. People are generally not happy to be there which drains energy and motivation for others. There’s been way too many turnover and change that negatively impacts business. There’s no growth and no work life balance. You end up working til the wee hours and working every weekend. This is not good for long term and you get very burnt out quickly."

Pay is far below industry standard so they have a hard time getting good people and the majority of the people they do get have little to no industry experience or experience in their niche. At the store level (some stores) there is a lot of malicious gossip and on-going harassment that management is in on or turns a blind eye to. Hard work and competence are not rewarded. Stores frequently left with NO management so sales associates have to run the stores themselves with no additional pay or incentive. Frequent customer complaints about unprofessional behavior. They fire good workers indiscriminately and with no warnings. They like mediocrity. Politics, favoritism and stupidity prevail."
